1946 Diary of a Minnesota Farmer Pt. 1

Spent March 21 to 23 in St.Paul. March 30 – Aunt Helen came to visit. April 7, Sunday – She’s feeling swell. Tuesday – Taken to Onamia. I went along as nurse. Wed. – Thur. – getting along swell. Sat. – gave Aunt Helen a bed bath – just finished dressing – when company comes. Chris Harvey & Howie, Anne & family came in to visit. Folks were in Friday. Ate out – went home, then to Helen’s & Walter’s. Back to Onamia. Aunt Helen feels swell. Ate out – went to Milaca – Bowled – drove home – Onamia. Talked until 2:15 a.m. Very tired…They left Sunday at 7:00. Clarence came over at 10 o’clock – went home.
